Right from the sourcing the best affordable deal for the airline ticket to getting the job in the point of destination, we have the logistic, Operations and Recruitment team on the ground to assist the candidate till his / her job is finalized until the employment – Residence visa stamping is done.
To start with, candidates cv is evaluated and the job areas are assessed. The different options of jobs are given to the candidates and once he / she opts for one of the jobs available- the candidate completes the recruitment form while paying the advance payment and confirms the details mentioned.
Upon confirmation the candidate Visit Visa is processed and the airline ticket is booked in accordance to the date of travel.
On arrival the candidate is met by our team on ground and taken to the bachelors accommodation. We make sure the candidate is well settled and not homesick. We instill lot of positivity in the candidate and assure him / her that they are in safe hands.
Within couple of days the complete recruitment process starts - from creating the candidates profile / cv to taking the candidates for interviews to companies & big recruitment houses.

The complete process is the same as Option 1, however the candidate can opt to use our accommodation or he continues to stay in his accommodation where he lives in.
Rest of the procedure remains the same till his job is secured and visa stamping is done.
Job Package 3 : Skilled - Professionals
Once we have the file of the candidate, we assess the candidates strong areas, we do the initial round of interview with the candidate, we analyze candidates strong areas and his prime forte.
Accordingly we source and match the profile with the existing / available vacancies in the region. If the candidate is locally present here, we slot interviews and arrange meetings between the candidate and the company, if not we arrange zoom interviews.
On confirmation of the position, the process starts right from signing the contract till the employment visa is stamped.
Logistic support and ground support team will assist the candidate for his temporary accommodation / transport & visit visa (if required).
Job Package 4 : Contractual – Temporary Jobs
These jobs are for temporary period for few months on demand.
If the candidate is in town and he wishes to work for temporary period in different fields, Our team sources the job vacancies and identifies the candidates accordingly.
Logistic and Ground support from operations team remains the same.
